Founded in 2015, Phalanx Protection Solutions, LLC is a leading security consultant firm that provides consultation and training to small and mid-size companies in the areas of Risk Management, Physical Security, Law Enforcement Training and Emergency Management.

Phalanx's primary goal is to support the security needs of our clients worldwide. We offer a wide range of security consulting and training capabilities to help clients operate safely and efficiently no matter where they are in the world.

We collaborate with some of the most experienced and top-trained consultants, most of whom are veterans in the security industry and have strong Military, Law Enforcement, and Security backgrounds. As a result, we share a willingness to support complex operations in some of the world’s most demanding locations.

Leadership

Phalanx’s CEO Tim Glass is a United States Army veteran with more than 30+ years in Law Enforcement and Security. He has directly served three sitting U.S. presidents and served on protective details to foreign and U.S. dignitaries at the national security level, worked in the areas of national security, anti-terrorism, physical security, operational security, executive protection and secure communications.

He is graduate of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) and holds degrees from Central Texas College, National Louis University and Webster University. Additionally, he holds several governmental certifications in the areas of Operational Security from the National Security Agency (NSA) and Counter-Terrorism Analytics from the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). 

In addition to his governmental certifications, Tim holds a certification from the University of Maryland’s School of Leadership in Creative Leadership, he has collaborated with members of the community to build a neighborhood watch programs on the South Side of Atlanta, and worked on special projects with ASIS in Virginia. He has been a guest speaker at the National Partnership’s 2015 and 2016 conferences, local high schools and Universities in Georgia, Alabama and Viginia. Tim is a true believer in his commitment to education and the community.
